Q: What should I keep with me on my moving day?

A: Keep with you anything you or your family will use on the day of your move with you. Common items include snacks, toilet paper, paper towels, phone chargers, a change of clothes, toothbrush/toothpaste, and your kids’ favorite toys. Additionally, medications, important paperwork (e.g., birth certificates and social security cards), and anything highly valuable or sentimental (jewelry, credit cards, bank account information, etc.) should be set aside.

Q: What happens if my items are damaged during the move? 

A: Depending on the option you chose, we are either liable for the full value of the item for $0.60 per pound of the damaged item. For more information. See VALUES AND PROTECTION.

Q: Can I request an estimate?

A: Anytime after you contact us with your moving details. We can give you an estimate conveniently over the phone. In some cases, movers may need to visit your home in-person to give you an accurate quote. 

Q: How much should I tip my movers?

A: Although our movers are trained to never ask or hint for tips from customers, they are allowed to accept tips should customers feel inclined to share.

Q: Do we offer packing and unpacking services? 

A: As an add-on to our regular moving service, we can handle all your packing and unpacking needs to make your next local, long distance, or commercial move a breeze.

Q: What if I need to move Long Distance? 

A: When it comes to long distance residential and commercial moves, Stressless Moving Service has you covered. We offer fast, cheap, and safe long distance moving services that you can depend on. 

Q: Can you move at night? 

A: We perform the majority of our moves during daylight hours.
(8am-6:30pm), anything after we consist additional cost.

Q: Can you move from an apartment on the 5th floor? 

A: We can move you from an apartment or condo on ANY floor. In most cases the only limitations are the availability of the service elevator, or the property management company rules regarding what hours move in’s and move out’s may occur.

Q: Can you move to a new home in the same state? 

A: YES! We can move you from your current home to a new home that is in the same state. We offer only the highest quality intrastate moving experience in the industry.

Q: Can you move and store my things until moving day if my new home isn’t quite ready yet?

A: YES! We offer storage leasing for up to 2 months, please contact us to discuss more details.
